🗨️Premium Chat Sessions Premium chat rates vary by advisor and operate as a pay-as-you-go service. Your card will be pre-authorized for 15 minutes at the start of your session. If you do not use all 15 minutes, unused funds are automatically released back to your card. Charges for premium chat will appear on your statement as Premium Chat.
