Why Do I Think Of Someone Randomly?

Great question! We've all had that sudden thought of someone whether it be family, friends or a love partner. I'm a firm believer in the "frequency" of a person. Have you ever had the urge to call someone and when you do, they say, "Wow, I was just thinking about you!"? You're not alone. Our thought process emits energy and when it's frequent, it can be directed to another person. Sometimes, we aren't even aware that we're doing it!

So the next time you start to think of someone, expect a call. Most likely, they are thinking of you.
